Warranty and Returns Shop4Air.com does not itself warrant any product, written or implied, that is sold through its website, via phone orders or in its catalog. Shop4Air.com disclaims any warranty, written or implied with respect to the merchantability and fitness of any products sold. All products that carry a warranty will be through the individual manufacturer(s). All warranties are issued to the customer by the original manufacturer(s) and must be returned to the manufacturer(s) for evaluation and adjustments. A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Shop4Air.com and must accompany all return shipments. No shipment(s) will be accepted for return without our prearranged authorization and must be within 30 days of order date (unless item is back ordered or for warranty issues). All return shipments must be prepaid. Shipping charges are not refundable by Shop4Air.com, unless it has been determined that an error has been made by Shop4Air.com, in which case we will repay the customer for any reasonable shipping charges (with proof of shipping costs). We cannot accept C.O.D. return shipments. Return of unwanted or incorrectly ordered items must be in unused condition (showing no signs of alteration or use) and in their original packaging. Claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Returns that are not deemed as being an error of Shop4Air.com are subject to a 40% restocking fee. At the discretion of Shop4Air.com, restocking fees may be reduced or waived. In these cases a charge for shipping cost on the original order will still be assessed. Custom built items, if not deemed to be defective are non-returnable / non-refundable items.
Cancellations A 15% cancellation fee will be assessed on all orders that contain non-stock or custom built items if not cancelled within 48 hours of original order.
Pricing Though we do our best to maintain our low pricing, changes may occur as a result of market fluctuations and manufacturing costs. All of our prices are subject to change without notice. Prices and typographical errors are subject to correction. We reserve the right to modify specifications. All prices are F.O.B. shipping point.
Ordering When ordering it is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide Shop4Air.com with the correct part number of item(s), unless one is not provided on this site.
Delivery Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, generally between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Most of our orders are shipped via Common Carrier. Orders that need to be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer may take longer to arrive, so though items may be ordered together they may not arrive in the same container or on the same day.
Damaged, Lost or Short Shipments Shop4Air.com is not responsible for any damaged, lost or short shipments due to a carriers negligence. It is suggested that the customer check their order immediately upon receipt for damaged or short shipments. Damaged shipments or shortages must be noted upon delivery with the carrier responsible or called in to the individual carrier within a 24 hour period, at which time it is suggested that you ask for claim filing information and instructions. Keep all damaged containers for inspection by carrier. Shop4Air.com will attempt to assist you in your claim efforts, we will accept no responsibility in the event that a claim issue is not resolved between you the customer and the individual carrier responsible.
Items out of stock and alternate items We do apologize for any inconveniences if all ordered items were not received due to being temporarily out of stock. We do like to think of our company as being well-stocked, but occasionally you may find that an item that has been ordered is temporarily unavailable. Please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call toll free 1-800-983-1310 to either change to an alternate item or cancel the back-ordered item.
